How do I place an order?

Just browse our products, add what you want to your cart, and checkout. You'll get an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately after placing your order. We're a small team and process orders quickly, so there's no guarantee we can catch it in time. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Where's my order confirmation?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, make sure you entered the correct email at checkout. Still can't find it? Email us with your name and we'll look it up.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. No international shipping at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. We're a small team and do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Give it 24 hours for tracking to update. If you haven't received tracking after a few days, reach out to us.

My package says delivered but I didn't get it.

First, check around your property — sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots. Check with neighbors too. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll help figure it out.

What surfaces can I use Boat Butter on?

Boat Butter is safe for gelcoat, fiberglass, painted surfaces, chrome, and glass. It's designed for boats, pontoons, jet skis, and PWCs. Always test on a small area first.

Is Deck Hand safe for my foam deck?

Yes! Deck Hand is specifically formulated to be safe on all foam deck surfaces including SeaDek, EVA foam, and similar materials. It won't damage, discolor, or degrade your deck.

Are your products lake safe?

Yes. Our products are formulated with the lake in mind. We're Lake Powell boaters ourselves — we wouldn't put anything in the water that we wouldn't want there.

What's in The Dock Father kit?

The Dock Father includes: 2x Boat Butter, 1x 6AM Glass Cleaner, 1x Deck Hand, 1x Seat Scrub, 1x Captain's Cologne, 3x microfiber towels, and a custom organizer bag. Everything you need to detail your boat after a day on the water.

The product isn't working for me. What should I do?

Make sure you're following the instructions on the product page. Some stubborn spots need a second application. If you're still having trouble, email us — we'll help you troubleshoot and figure out what's going on.

How does Subscribe & Save work?

Subscribe to your favorite products and save 15% on every order. Your subscription ships automatically on the 1st of each month. It's a 6-month minimum commitment — that's how we're able to offer the discount.

Why is there a 6-month commitment?

The 6-month commitment lets us plan inventory and pass real savings on to you. It's how we offer 15% off instead of the 5-10% you see from other brands with no commitment.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the 6-month commitment period. After 6 months, you can cancel anytime from your account.

When am I charged?

Subscription orders are charged on the 1st of every month. Your order ships automatically after payment processes.

Can I change the products in my subscription?

Yes. Log into your account to swap products in your subscription. The 15% discount applies to everything.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. You're responsible for return shipping costs. Check out our full Return Policy for details.

Can I return opened products?

No. Opened or used products cannot be returned. If you're having issues with a product, reach out to us first — we'd rather help you make it work than have you return it.

Can I get a refund on my subscription?

No. Subscription orders are non-refundable. This is part of the 6-month commitment that allows us to offer the 15% discount.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll get you a replacement at no extra cost.
